Objective: To investigate clinical features of senile unstable angina patients accompanied with depression and anxiety. Methods: To collect ninety senile unstable angina patients from January, 2005 to December, 2005.Thirty-nine senile unstable angina patients with depression and anxiety were selected for the A group, fifty-one patients without depression and anxiety as B group. Clinical features and Holter report (supervision) of two groups were analyzed. Results: Clinical features such as insomnia, palpitation, fatigue and shivering in patients of A group were significant different with those in B group(.P<0.05). The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias, Ischemic ST segment depression and HRV in the Holter reports of patients in A group was higher than those in B group (P<0.05). Depression of SNDD、 RMSSD、 PNN_(50) were different with those in B group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Clinical symptoms such as insomnia, palpitation, fatigue and shivering are easily occurred in senile unstable angina patients with depression and anxiety. The senile unstable angina patients with depression and anxiety are tends to showing up ventricular and Ischemic ST segment depression and depression HRV obviously.
