ObjectiveTo analyse and evaluate the outcome of Selective peripheral denervation and myotomy with for spasmodic torticollisMethodsThe Clinical data of 9 cases of ST were retrospectively analyzed by the clinical manifestation、EMG and CT.According to the ST types,different selective peripheral denervation and myotomy with end folded were selected.ResultTotal or remarked relief of symptoms with preservation of normal or nearly normal movements has been obtained in 77.7%after a long-term(lmonth～3years) follow up There was no death no major complication in this series.There was no death no major complication in this series.And the contour of the neck remained integrity. ConclusionsThe surgical treatment of selective peripheral denervation and myotomy for ST is safe and effective,especially for patients ineffective to the medical treatment,and our selective peripheral denervation and myotomy with end folded ensures the neck integrity.
