ObjectiveTourette\'s syndrome is a chronic neurological disorder,treatment is very difficult,With Western medicine is still the treatment of dopamine receptor blockers,but the side effects of large,high relapse rate after discontinuation of behavioral disorders associated with the role of non-improvement;Chinese medicine treatment of this disease have a certain advantage,but without a unified standard efficacy assessment,the subject of randomized control study of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease in the first study of the efficacy of the use of domestic and foreign common rating scale,in the treatment of yi zhi ning shen ye with the disease and the efficacy of behavioral disorder,while the establishment of Tiapride control group for this disease to find a safe and effective method of treatment, and to explore the application of Chinese medicine treatment in evaluation of the disease in the standard volume Table.To investigate the yi zhi ning shen ye liquid in children with Tourette\'s syndrome on the clinical efficacy.MethodsThe randomized controlled trial design to study 103 children with Tourette Syndrome aged 4-14,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,respectively,to receive oral yi zhi ning shen ye or Tiapride treatment. Were observed every 2 weeks symptom score,treatment before and after Yale\'s scale score. 1.Test group and control group pre-treatment of the indicators were not significantly different from baseline consistent comparable.2.The treatment of symptoms after an analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,yi zhi ning shen ye can significantly improve the children with Tourette syndrome five upset hot,irritability,unusual face,mental state, sleep disturbance,loss of appetite,stool does not transfer,amnesia, abnormal symptoms such as sweating.Compared with the control group,the experimental group to improve the five upset hot,irritability,unusual face, mental abnormality,sleep disturbance,loss of appetite,stool is not transferred,forgetfulness,abnormal symptoms such as sweating significantly better than the control group.3.The two groups before and after treatment the mean total score Yale Tourette\'s group compared to a high statistically significant difference(P＜0.01),note the control group,experimental group children are able to effectively reduce symptoms of Tourette.The two groups after treatment the mean total score Yale Tourette comparison group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05),that the treatment group children in reducing tic context,and there is no significant difference in the control group.4.Efficacy assessment,the experimental group the overall cure rate of Tourette 3.39%,cure and effective rate is 40.68%,the total effective rate is 91.53%;control group,the cure rate is 2.28%,cure and effective rate is 40.91%,the total effective rate is 90.90%,difference between the two groups do not have statistical significance(P＞0.05),suggesting that the test group of children with Tourette in improving the control group with no significant difference.5.Semi-annual follow-up,the pilot group for the overall cure rate Tourette 1.69%,cure and effective rate is 38.98%,control group,the cure rate is 2.28%,cure and effective rate is 34.09%,difference between the two groups do not have statistical significance(P＞0.05).Prompted the pilot group to improve aspects of children with Tourette,after six months with no significant difference in the control group.6.Safety evaluation of adverse reactions:The test is not observed in tests of drugs on the heart,liver,kidney function and blood system effects of any unusual adverse reactions. ConclusionThe clinical research plans showed that the yi zhi ning shen ye,Jianpi Bushen Pinggan effective method of improving children\'s Gilles de la Tourette\'s syndrome irritability,mental state,pale chlorosis,five upset fever,loss of appetite,stool does not transfer,forgetful,sweating abnormalities,sleep disorders,such as traditional Chinese medicine pulse Tongue symptoms and improve the situation of the indicators were significantly better than Tiapride group.The yi zhi ning Shen ye can improve movement in children with tics and vocal tics,efficacy and the control group Tiapride group there was no significant difference.Efficacy assessment,12 weeks after the difference between the two groups do not have statistical significance (P＞0.05),the yi zhi ning shen ye tips to improve aspects of Tourette\'s syndrome in children with Tourette Tiapride group with no significant difference.After six months follow-up,the yi zhi ning shen ye in improving the symptoms of oral solution is still better than Tiapride group,and in improving symptoms in children with Tourette Tiapride group with no significant difference.Test is not observed the yi zhi ning shen ye on heart, liver,kidney function and blood system effects of any unusual adverse reactions.
