ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristic of blood pressure and its relationship with the incidence of cardiovascular event in patients with hypertension essential coronary heart disease(CHD).MethodsSixty patients with hypertension essential CHD and thirty patients with CHD were measured with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),followed up for six months, analyze the correlativity between parameters of ambulatory blood pressure and the risk of cardiovascular events in six months. All patients underwent coronary angiography. The severity of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated by the number of impaired arteries and Gensini score.ResultThe occurrence rate of cardiovascular event is higher in patients with hypertension essential CHD than in patients with CHD,They were all higher in patients having cardiovascular event than in the other patients with hypertension essential CHD for age,Gensini score,24 h systolic blood pressure(SBP),24 h pulse pressure(PP),day SBP,day PP,night SBP,night diastolic blood pressure(DBP)、night PP、24h SBPload、24h DBPload、day SBPload、day DBPload、night SBPload、night DBPload、the blood pressure variability of day SBP、the blood pressure variability of day DBP、the blood pressure variability of night SBP、the rate of SBP decline during nighttime and morning surge. In the Logistic multivariate analysis, age,Gensini score, night SBP,night PP and the rate of SBP decline during nighttime were the best predictor for the incidence of cardiovascular event in patients with hypertension essential CHD.ConclusionsAge,Gensini score, night SBP,night PP and the rate of SBP decline during nighttime were the risk factors for the incidence of cardiovascular event in patients with hypertension essential CHD,control the factor to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular event.
