Objective To observe the damage of Severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in patients\' cochlea.Methods We have chosen20 patients with OSAHS and other 16 normal persons without snoring as comparison.In the acoustic cabin(noise0.05).Conclusion Severe OSAHS can result in damage in cochlea;OSAHS can lengthen ABR\'s latencies in each waves mainly in waveⅠ、Ⅴwith severe damage in cochlea.
