PART ONE:EFFECT OF SB ON MODULATION OF HPA AXIS AND WHOLE PROTECTION FROM COMBINED RADIATION AND BURN INJURY IN RAT.  Objective:To investigate the effect of SB on modulation of HPA axis and whole protection from combined radiation and burn injury in rat.  Methods:Rat received a single 5 Gy dose of total body irradiation from 60Co gamma ray and TBSA15%III°burn injury followed by treatment with SB or vehicle.Register the number of dead rats every day and this work lasted 2 weeks.Then measure the change of ACTH and GC at different period.  Results:  1、The rats appear horner’s syntrome after SB,which proved that this SB model of rats was successful.  2、The death rate of combined radiation and burn injury group was 75% in 2 weeks;the death rate of SB administration was 57%, its death rate
