Objective    By clinical research of the method throuth the combination ofHuiyangtongmai th- erapy with the western medicine therapy to treat acutemyocardial infarction amalgamating shock ,observesd the curative effect on thecombination  of the  traditional  and  western  medicine  therapy,discussed   itsmechanism ,and learned the essential program and clinical scientific ways andmeans.Method     In  clinical   study,  40  patients  with  acute  myocardial   infarctionamalgamating shock were selected according to diagnostic criterion ,they wererandomly   divided   into  therapy   group(the   combination   of Huiyangtongmaitherapy with the western medicine therapy)and control group(western medicinetherapy).Defining 24 hours as a period of treatment, we observed continuously twoperiods of treatment,accounted the varieties of blood pressure , rhythm of the heart,urine quantity and a term of    symptoms,and then count efficient rate andimprovement of symptoms and signs.Results The clinical study indicated there were significaant difference between80% of therapy group efficiency and     50%     of control  group efficiencyaccording to this statistics analysis. At the same time ,the improvement of thetherapy group is superior to control group about blood pressure , rhythm of theheart, urine quantity and a term of   symptoms according to T-test and chi-squaretest.Conclusion Chinese medicine and westen medicine combination theraphy didn'tonly improved existence rate of patients, reduced mortality rate,but also leveled offblood   pressure,slowered   rhythm   of  the   heart,increased   urine   quantity,andameliorated symptoms such as cold, cyanopathy and sweatiness.
