Objectives: This atherogenic damage in the vessel wall is a kind of specifical inflammatory reaction to the oxidative membrane phospholipid. AS is connected with inflammation and oxidative stress. We detected the serum density of hs-CRP and 8-iso-PGF2 α in coronary artery disease patients to find their relationship with the following factors: ①their relationship with the stability of plaque in clinical studies; ②their relationship with the structural diseases in coronary artery; ③their relationship with the risk of MACE and the predominance of detection of both. To find the significance of detection of serum hs-CRP、 8-iso-PGF2 α in the ACS.Methods: 18 health person and 58 different extent patients with coronary artery disease was selected , including 18 acute myocardial infarction patients, 24 unstable angina pectoris patients and 16 stable angina patients. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the density of serum hs-CRP and 8-iso-PGF2 α. Accumulated points of gensin、 7-TIMI risk score was used as the quantitable indexes of pathological changes in coronary artery and risk of MACE corresponding. the 13.0 SPSS soft ware was used for analysying, the chief statistical indexes are tested by homogeneity test for variance and test of normality, all statistical dataare indicated with (x±S), compared with analysis of variance, the groupcomparison are tested with SNK-q; dependablity analysis used the lineare correlation analysis. The two side "P" less than 0.05 can be considered the differences is significant. Results: 1. The density of serum hs-CRP、 8-iso-PGF2 α is obviously increased in the CHD group, indicate that there are inflammation and oxidative stress in the ACS patients; 2. The density of hs-CRP and
