The relationship between trace elements and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease has attracted much attention recently. However, scholars usually only consider about one or a few elements' effect and produce the fault conclusion on "set-in-right-position for trace elements". In fact, all these trace elements in the biopolymer active center react on each other by the synergistic effect. The fourth statistical mechanics, found by Professor Jin, was used to solve the problem.In the present paper, we researched the characteristics of the elemental distribution in the biopolymer active centers for the blood serum or hair of the patients. The results showed that the distribution of these elements is associable with the distribution of the biopolymers. And thus we can predict the distribution of biopolymers by analyzing the characteristics of the elemental distribution and further study the cause and mechanics of the disease.We have had some research results for explaining basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine by the characteristics of the elemental distribution in the biopolymer active centers, and these research results opened up new studied thoughts to cure cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.By calculating the distribution parameters of trace elements in the blood serum or hair of the patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, we arrived at some conclusions. 1. for the patients with hyperlipemia, the characteristics of elemental distribution in their blood serum were coincident with ones in their hair, namely k~2*r_1/r_2_((hyperlipemia))<k~2*r_1/r_2_((control group)).The result represents the situation that these elements with weaker electrophilic strength are dominant. 2.
