PARTâ… Experimental study of ultrasound microbubble enhance the penetrability of the rat prostate Objective: To investigate wether ultrasound microbubble can enhance the penetrability of the rat prostate or not Materials and methods: 18 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: NP (normal prostate) group, BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) group and UM BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by ultrasound microbubble) group, 6 rats each group. For BPH group and UM BPH group, after the BPH model were established, Albumin ultrasound contrast agents were injected into every rat from the vena caudalis plus 1MHz, 1w/cm2 ultrasound prostatic local irradiation by the UGT 1025 gene transfection equipment. The irradiation was given 10 second with 10 second Interval and the total time was 5 minutes. 24 hours later, 1 rat was selected randomly from each group to observe the change of the blood
