Objective: To reduce the schoolchildren’s myopia occurrence and progression through myopia comprehensive treatment on improving eye’s accommodation, and to study the factors which affect the treatment.  Methods: collecting 110 myopia schoolchildren (220 eyes) 5-20 years old from Dalian Friendship Hospital during Jul, 2005 - Mar, 2006. By myopia comprehensive treatment to improve accommodation of ciliary muscles and vision, meantime use questionnaire for investigating the factors,which may affect schoolchildren’s myopia comprehensive treatment.Then we use SPSS11.5 statistics software to set up data system, and analyze data by paired-sample t Test、Chi-Square and Binary Logistic Regression.  Results: efficiency of myopia comprehensive treatment reached to 70.9% and it can be observed by the analysis before or after treatment: in a short period the vision has obviously been improved; there was significant difference between two groups whose mother with or non-myopia, the former one is better; and there was no difference if father with or non- myopia; there was significant difference between different studying time, age, the occurring time of myopia, myopia’s degree before treatment. The better effect will be observed for those with less studying time, younger age, earlier myopia occurring time and lower myopia’s degree before treatment; the good effect is also can be seen whose without glasses and no other treatment history.
