Objective:To inuestigate the effects of QuDu decoction on SLE.Methods:dividing65patients of sle into 2 groups randomly,35 patients in treatment group were treated with phellodendrom and clearing poison yin,while 30 patients in control group were treated with phellodendrom and AIP,both groups were treated for 6 months Before and after treated,obsereing the changs symtoms and caboratory consequence. Results:(l)the total effective rate is82.85% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).(2)the symtoms were improved after treatment in 2 groups,the obviously difference between 2 groups(p0.05).2、 the clearing poison yin can accelerate the decrement of the hormone, can reduces the side effect of the hormone,and can improve patient's quality of life.
Objective:Observe curative effect of the therapeutic alliance with Chinese and western medicine for glaucomatous optic atrophy. MethodS:60 glaucomatous optic atrophy patients,110 eyes, were divided four groups with the sequence of diagnose. The first group:gave the patients some drugs that can improve microcirculation by intravenous drip;the second group:gave the patients neurotrophin;the third group:oral Orifice-Freeing Eye Brightener Decoction;the fourth group:gave the combined drugs above to the patients.To carry out the comparison o f curative between before the therapy and after the therapy,also among various kinds of drugs in aspects of vision ,visual field and visual evoked potential.Result : Though every group of drugs can stabilize patients vision,improve the visual field,enhance the optic nerve of electric activity,but curative effect of the therapeutic alliance with Chinese and western medicine surpass other groups.And the curative effect relate to course of disease.The earlier therapy,the better curative effect will be.Conclusioncan:Combined therapy of Chinese and westen medicine have better curative effect in Glaucomatous optic atrophy and have protection for the visual function.
Purpose: To systematically review the existing clinical evidence of compound Chinese Medicine(CCM) for endometriosis and to provide the best available evidence for clinical decision-making and for prioritizing the further research areas on Traditional Chinese M-edicine of endometriosis.Method: All the articles about the research work of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in endometriosis, Randomized cortrolled trials(RCTs) of patients with compound Chinese medicine in endomtriosis were included. The quality of included st udies such as randomization, blinding, allocation conceal and loss of follow up were eval uated andMeta-analysis was performed by RevMan 4.2 Or the system description software .Result: Thirty-one RCTs involving 3235 patients were included Be-cause of different therapies in the control groups, After the second foot analysis the Carry on Merge, the results of outcome wete desc-ribed. Most of included studies suggested that the effects of compound Chinese Medicine (CCM) on general effect, pregnacy rate improvement and recurrence rate were showed better effects to Dai-nzol or Tamoxifen, only a few studies showed similar.There was no evid-ence to support that TCM was more effective than western medicine in alleviating dysmenorrhoea and the size of endometriotic cystsa and The change rate of the EMAb feminine gender.Twelve studies mentioned adverse reactions and showed TCM had fewer adverse effects than western medicine.Conclusion: Chinese medicinal herbs are effective cluded studies. Therefore, more high quality rando mized controlled trials are required.

It is accepted in clinic because of its more safety and efficiency and conviniece in use and alleviate pain than that of operation-abortion. It is obviously that this method still has some shortage for large and long bleeding. How to reduce bleeding quantity and shorten bleeding duration after medical abortion is urgent to be resolved. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own advantage for prevening and treating mention bleeding after drug-abortion.After a long study my director believed that the main reason of large and long bleeding is qi deficiency and blood stasis. She prevents and cures the hemorrhage after drug abortion in the principle of quicking blood and nourishing blood and thransforming stasis and engendering the new. She Screens strictly and combines the AnXueTang. This article made the experiment about AnXueTang to study the mechanism on preventing and curing the hemorrhage after drug abortion. The method was to divide patients who were unconstrait to ask medical abortion randomly into simple misoprostol group, YiMuCao group, AnXueTang group, which group contains 4 patients. We applied Western Blot to test the LN and FN contained in decidua after drug abortion. And we used Histostaining Reagent to observe the LN and FN in the uterus decitua. The result proved that the AnXueTang group can reduce notably LN, FN contained in decidua after drug abortion. Compared with the simple misoprostol group the difference was notable (p<0.05) . It indicated the AnXueTang can inhibit decitua cell to secrete LN and FN, reduce the adhesion between decitua and uterus, promote the ejection of decidua, promote endometrial repair andhemostasis. These results apply scientic basis for AnXueTang in treating the hemorrhage after drug abortion.

Observed these effects on the mouses , which including general condition ,weight,appetite..and used measurement boxtomeasure SDH activity after the modles have been made and treated, ALL date collected were anlyzed statisticao analusis software .Results :Modle mouses' weight and appetite are decreased SDH activity are decreased. While after therapy of chaiping capsu^ weight and appetite are increased as well as SDH activity.Conclusion : chaiping capsule increase the SDH activity of CSG mouses The ability of increase the gastric mouses' SDH activity is one of the mechanisms that Chaiping capsule treat CSG.
Objectives: To study the relationship between the Chinese medicine syndromes of MS and IR 、 TNF-α ,and then explore the pathogenesis of MS,which provide the experimental indexes for the Chinese medicine diagnosis of MS in objective and dialectical way and the theoretical basis of integrated traditional and western medicine treatment.Methods: According to IDF diagnosis criteria and TCM dialectic criteria, We selected 80 cases(42 male and 38 female) and divided them into four Chinese medicine syndrome groups which include phlegm-dampness accumulation syndrome (PDAS,23) 、 phlegm accumulation and blood stasis syndrome (PABSS,21) 、 Yin deficiency and heat excess syndrome (YDHES,17) 、 Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome (QYDS,19). 20 healthy people (11 male and 9 female) were taken as control group.(1) We take their blood pressure and waistline on an empty stomach.(2) We detected fasting plasma glucose(FPG), fasting insulin (FIns) , triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), Tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α )through taking blood suction from the Vein.(3) The reverse of the Product of FPG and FIns is used as the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) : (ISI)=-ln(FPG×FIns).Results: Compared with the control group, the ISI of MS group was significantly lower(PYDHES>PABSS>PDAS. The differences between the two groups was significant ( P<0.01).Conclusions: 1. IR is closely associated with MS. Cytokines, especially TNF-a played a very important role during IR path course.2. The common Chinese medicine syndromes show different phases in MS physiopathologic course. The difference of IR degree hints that we can take ISI as one of the reference indexes of Chinese medicine dialectical typing in MS.3. Phlegm and stagnant blood are etiological factors and pathologic results of IR.4. TNF-a can be taken as one of the sensitive indexes to show IR degree in MS.
Objective: To explore curative effect of Lixin I on CHF through detecting the index of TNF-α AngⅡ and 6 minutes walk test in patients' blood.Methods: Forty cases were randomly devided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group we're treated by west medicine, while patients in the treatment group were treated by Lixin I 150ml every time twice every day on the basis of conventional treatment. Deploying RIA to detect the changing concentration of Angll and TNF-α in the two groups of patients'blood, At the same time, according to the method in the Vera Bittner's report, the change were observed by 6 minutes walk test before and after treatment. The curative effect on CHF in Lixin I were also observed.Results: The content of TNF— α、 AngⅡof the treatment group had degraded more obviously than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05) . The index of patients' heart function such as the distance of 6 minutes walk test , EF ,FSand E/A had improved greatly (P<0.05) .The treatment group outweighed the control group in the aspect of clinical evolution (P<0.05) .Conclusions:1.Every index of heart function in patients of CHF was ameliorated significantly by using Lixin I , which demonstrated the prescription possessed the better effect on improving the heart function.2. Lixin I could decrease the concentration of TNF-α、 AngⅡ in the patients' blood of CHF obviously, which revealed the mechanism of action against cardiac failure could be the regulation of endocrine system in the patients with CHF by using Lixin I .3. Lixin I is an effective prescription, depending on the basic law which is tonifying pneuma, warming Yang, promoting blood flow and using diuretic of gydragogue to alleviate water retention.
Objective: To study the protective effect of radiation damage and enhancing efficacy of radiotherapy with ABP on tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The H_(22) tumor-bearing mice were treated with 5.0Gy ~(60)Coγ after administered with ABP i.p. The number of leucocytes in peripheral blood, indexes of thymus and spleen and level of DNA in bone marrow were detected after radiation to those mice. Activity of SOD and Content of MDA in serum was determined. Flow cytometric analysis was used to determine the apoptotic tumor cells;Electron microscope was applied to observe the morphological change of tumor cell treated with ABP. Results: The results showed that ABP markedly lessened the descent in number of leucocytes and spleen and thymus weigh caused by radiation. ABP resulted in a drop in level of MDA in serum. ABP increased in the level of SOD in serum and DNA in bone marrow. ABP enhanced inhibited effect on H_(22) tumor by radiotherapy for three different dosages. It showed that low dosage group had the significant inhibited effect on tumor with the inhibitive rate of 64.42%. Flow cytomertric analysis revealed that 13.80% apoptotic cells were seen in the group treated with ABP combined with radiotherapy while there were 4.27% apoptotic cells in alone radiotherapy. Conclusion: ABP has protective effect on radiation damage of tumor-bearing mice. ABP can markedly promote the inhibition effect on H_(22) tumor with radiotherapy.
Objective: To study the clinical effect and observe the difference of the expression level of serum TNF- α of patients with CAA before and after treatment, reveal the pathogenesis of CAA and and effect mechanism of Busui Shengxue Granule (BSSXG) on CAA.Method: The clinical trial was performed in open label study. Sixty patients who were taken into account were divided into experiment group and control group. Thirty patients in experiment group were treated with BSSXG, and the twenty-eight patients, two patients lost, in control group were treated with AABET (Aplastic Anemia Blood engendering Tablet ). Three months was described as one period of treatment. After two periods, clinical effect was observed and the change of hemogram, myelogram were analyze. Also, this experiment employed ELISA method to exam the change of expression level of serum TNF- α before and after treatment.RESULT: 1.The total effective rate of BSSXG and AABET were 74.29% and 48.48%. The curative effect in Yang deficiency type was superior to that in Yin deficiency type (P<0.05), and the total effective rate are 93.75% and 57.89% respectively. 2. The expression of TNF- α in the serum of CAA patients was higher than that in normal group and reduced after treatment. Moreover, the descent in experiment group was superior to that in control group, and the descent in Yin deficiency group was superior to that in Yang deficiency group. After treatment there was no significant difference in TNF- α expression level between experiment group and control group.Conclusion: l.The effect of BSSXG group was superior to that of AABET group (P<0.05). In BSSXG group, its curative effect wassuperior in Yang deficiency type to that in Yin deficiency type.This experiment testified the phenomenon of "Yin deficiency is easy to cure, but Yang deficiency is difficult to treat." 2. The expression of TNF- a in the serum of CAA patients was higher than that in normal group and cutted down after treatment. 3. BSSXG probably adjust the expression of TNF-a to improve hematopoiesis in bone marrow. 4. BSSXG is an effective drug to treat CAA, which is worthy of further study and development.
Objectives: To discuss the anti-tumor effect of Ling-qi capsule on mice bearing H_(22) and they have an important influence on secreting cytokine.Further explore the mechanism of action. Methods: The model of H_(22) tumor-bearing mice was produced and treated with high, mid and low dosage Lingqi capsule and Compound Cyclohosphamide Tablets. After giving drugs for 11 days, the inhibiting rate of tumor, thymus index, spleen index and the content of TNF-a> IL-1、 IL-6 in its peripheral blood with ELISA were determined. Results: The inhibitory rate is 15.07%、 36.89% and 31.49%. Lingqi capsule obviously inhibits tumor without losing weight and influencing immune organs. Compared with the model group, the content of TNF-α IL-1 is significantly increased and IL-6 is reduced in peripheral blood. Conclusions: Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit tumor of H-(22), enhance the life quality of mice bearing tumor. The mechanism may be:improving abnormal state of immune of the tumor mice, regulating imbalance of immune function and inhibiting the growth of tumor cells .The paper provide experimental data for theory of treating tumor in clinic.

Objective: To study the immunoregulation effect of DJM in mice bearing S_(180) tumor cells.Further perfect the anti-tumor effect of DJM and efficacy enhancing of DJM on mice who are treated with chemical therapeutic drug like cytoxan. Methods: To evaluate the drug's activity of anti-tumor and judge DJM's efficacy enhancing by calculating the ratio of anti-tumor and q. Applying ELISA method to measure the level of IL-2 and IL-4 in serum, while we can observe the influence of DJM acting on the cytokine. To measure T cell phenotype by FACS method and to observe the influence of DJM acting on the CD4、 CD8 molecule. The protein expression of p53 was evaluated by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: ①The ratio of anti-tumor was 35.68%.The compounds of DJM and CTX can enhance the anti-tumor effect(q=0.867),the compound's anti-tumor effect enhanced obviously (the ratio of anti-tumor was 53.41%);②DJM can increase the level of IL-2, but decrease the level of IL-4;③DJM enhanced the expression of the CD4 molecule and reduced the expression of the CD8 molecule;④DJM group and model group showed the conspicuous difference in the positive expression of mt-p53 and DJM can reduce the expression of mt-p53. Conclusions: DJM has efficacy enhancing on S_(180) sarcoma mice who are treated with the anti-tumor drug like cytoxan. DJM can regulate cytokine to correct the phenomenon of Th1/ Th2 drift in tumor mice ,maintain Th1 of advantage appearance and correct the disbalance of CD_4~ /CD_8~  to normal.The immunosuppressive state of the tumor mice was regulated.DJM can also regulate the expression of mt-p53 gene to show the anti-tumor function.
